CASE STUDY ONE:
JPRES has continually been selected as Capital Bikeshare’s exclusive commercial real estate agent for their real estate leasing needs in Washington, DC and the surrounding areas since 2010. The District of Columbia was the first jurisdiction to launch a bikeshare program in the United States. JPRES has completed four complex and separate lease transactions for Capital Bikeshare and worked with their team for programming and site selection to ensure the best solution for their needs.
CASE STUDY TWO:
JPRES has been the exclusive landlord broker for Camrax, Inc’s real estate holdings in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia for over a decade. We have strategically repositioned each property and increased profits for the owners. We successfully converted one shopping center from full-service to NNN leases.
