CASE STUDY ONE:
JPRES was selected as the listing broker for 7300 Pearl Street in Bethesda, MD by MRP Realty. We helped establish what this commercial property’s value was on the open market by conducting a competitive market leasing and sales analysis and studying salescomparables for similar properties. JPRES extensively marketed the property on the internet and via word of mouth and designed an offering memorandum to help illustrate the properties attributes.
CASE STUDY TWO:
JPRES actively canvasses commercial real estate in the area and contacts owners to find out if they are interested in selling their assets. JPRES was the broker for Rock Creek Property Group on an off-market transaction located at 1413-1415 22nd Street, NW, Washington, DC. This property was a 9,604 square foot night club that is being repositioned and redeveloped into an office/retail building.
CASE STUDY THREE:
JPRES was selected as the listing broker for two commercial condominium conversions in Alexandria, VA that sold out 100% and far exceeded the owner’s expectations in price per square foot. JPRES illustrated the cost benefits and savings to the present tenants and helped secured SBA loan and conventional loans for each transaction making sure that both parties were assisted in the transaction.
